Kwara State Commissioner of Police, Victor Olaiya, has invited leaders of the August 1-10, 2024, nationwide hunger protests in the state. A statement by the spokesperson of the state police command, DSP Ejire Adeyemi Toun, in Ilorin, also cautioned against holding protests outside the court-restricted Metropolitan square in Ilorin.
