A car has crashed into a railway fence which runs parallel to a busy main route. Pictures show a silver Volvo XC40 on the metal fence which runs next to the track off Brielle Way, Sheerness, near the Gefco Vehicle Technical Centre. Police were called at around 1.40pm to reports of a two-vehicle crash. Minor injuries have been reported to officers. A police spokesman added: “Officers are currently at the scene so traffic is heavier in the area while the incident is attended to.” Southeastern confirmed that its services are running as normal.
