Visakhapatnam (Andra Pradesh) [India], February 3 (ANI): Maritime piracy and smuggling will not be tolerated under any circumstances, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said in Visakhapatnam on Saturday, adding that this was the promise of a ‘New India’.
