Kernersville (N.C.) East Forsyth four-star quarterback Bryce Baker has been committed to North Carolina since just over a year ago. A year later and on the heels of an Elite 11 FInals appearance, other power conferences continue to chase Baker’s commitment. Baker announced that Florida extended an offer on Tuesday.
