Police are asking for help to locate a missing pensioner who could be struggling to communicate with people. Phillip Kimani, from Dartford, is 75 years old and was last seen at around 2.50pm today (September 2) and “may appear confused”. Phillip is around 6ft tall of large build and bald. He was wearing a grey t-shirt, black trousers and black slippers. He may be using the bus network in Dartford. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call 999, quoting reference 02-0924.
