The town and military personnel, past and present, will be coming together on Sunday (September 8) to mark the 84th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain. In a first for the town, the RAF College Kings Colours will be on parade, together with the Central Flying School Kings Colours, and 45 Sqn Standards – but there will be no presence from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight this year.
