Ward attendants at the Federal Teaching Hospital Lokoja, Kogi State, embarked on a peaceful protest on Tuesday over the death of one of their colleagues, the late Salamatu Aliu of Post Natal Ward. DAILY POST learnt that the deceased was rushed to the hospital for medical attention on Sunday evening but was not attended to by doctors and nurses on duty due to a lack of electricity.
