Former Oklahoma State head coach Mike Boynton is expected to join Dusty May’s staff at Michigan, CBS Sports’ Matt Norlander reported. He was let go as the Cowboys’ head coach last month. Boynton spent seven years in Stillwater as Oklahoma State’s head coach, amassing a 119-109 overall record during that time. The Cowboys struggled this past year, though, going 12-20 overall and 4-14 in Big 12 play before making a change. OK State ultimately hired Western Kentucky’s Steve Lutz as its next head coach.
