Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro is now the likely favorite to become Vice President Kamala Harris’ running mate, according to Axios. Shapiro being the likely pick surfaced yesterday after CNN reported that the governor was cancelling fundraisers this weekend in the Hamptons.
