By Lucy Skoulding Police found an XL bully lying dead in a filthy living room of a flat in St Helens that was so thin and had been suffering from canine parvovirus which had not been treated. Cali, a female tan and white XL bully, was found by police in the Waterdale Crescent flat on June 15 last year. The RSPCA inspector entered the property and found that the flat was filthy and littered with rubbish.
