Waitrose and Sainsbury’s have issued an urgent product recall after a popular product was found to “contain pieces of glass”. The Food Standards Agency (FSA) issued a national alert regarding the product and told customers not to consume the food item. The recall is for Patak’s Aubergine Pickle, which is made by AB World Foods.
