The Nigerian Government has announced that the Port Harcourt to Aba train service will commence operations by the end of March 2024. Fidet Okhiria, managing director of Nigeria Railway Corporation, NRC, disclosed this in Port Harcourt after leading a delegation to test-run the reconstructed Eastern Narrow Gauge Rail line.
