Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy enacted the NSDC decision on sanctions against Russia. Among those under the new restrictions is Vladimir Saldo, the so-called head of the occupied part of the Kherson region, according to relevant decrees from the President and Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andrii Yermak on Telegram.
