Aid organizations are warning of suffering and instability caused by forgotten and underfunded refugee crises in Africa. The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) published its annual report on Monday, identifying the 10 most politically, socially, and financially neglected crises of the past year, with all but one of these occurring in a West or Central African nation or a neighbouring country.
