An empty Grade II-listed pub is set to go under the hammer at auction. Permission was granted to convert The Harrow Inn in Ulcombe Maidstone into housing in April. Now, it is listed for sale by land and property auctioneers, Clive Emson, with a freehold guide price of £480,000-£490,000.
