Tokyo stocks opened higher Monday, tracking the advance of the U.S. Dow Jones Industrial Average late last week as concern about stubborn inflation receded. In the first 15 minutes of trading, the 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average rose 369.17 points, or 0.96 percent, from Friday to 38,857.07. The broader Topix index was up 26.34 points, or 0.95 percent, at 2,798.83. On the top-tier Prime Market, gainers were led by insurance, bank and securities house issues.
