Lagos State Police Command says it has identified the trigger-happy officer who shot a young man, Toheeb Eniafe dead at a petrol station on Wednesday. DAILY POST recalls that Eniafe had during a queue at the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL, filling station in Ikoyi, challenged security operatives for bypassing the fuel queue.
