The City Football Group reportedly made a bid to sign a talented young player who has just joined another Premier League club. It has been all quiet so far this summer at Manchester City, with no major incoming or outgoings. That is set to change very soon with winger Savio expected to be announced by the club, with an agreement having been in place since early this year.
