Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will meet in the Central Asian republic of Kazakhstan on Wednesday ahead of a multi-country security summit, according to the Kremlin. Talks between the two heads of state had originally been planned in Turkey.
