An appeal has been launched to help find two teenagers who disappeared yesterday (July 1). Dylan Young was last seen in the Maidstone Road area in Rochester at about 8am while Jamie Topliffe’s last known location was in Chester Road, Gillingham, at 1.30pm. The 16-year-olds are believed to be together and may have travelled to Essex. Dylan is described as white with short brown hair, a broad build and around 5’ 9” tall.
