A village school is now among the top one per cent in the country for its outstanding phonics results. All Year 1 pupils at Curridge Primary School achieved the expected standard with their phonics results last year. And pupils even received a letter from MP Damian Hinds – the minister of state for schools since November 2023 – to congratulate them on their achievement.
