The Penn State junior defensive end first appeared in a workout video on social media alongside former Nittany Lion and current Dallas Cowboys edge rusher Micah Parsons. Now, he’s getting set to host his first youth football camp. Promoting the event via his social media channels, Carter will shepherd a free clinic on Saturday, July 6, from 10 a.m. until noon in Philadelphia.
