A new owner and chef has been secured for a popular town centre pub. The Dolphin at 113 Bartholomew Street has found a new leaseholder, described by specialist business property adviser Christie & Co as a “former seasoned chef in London” who hopes “to usher in a new era of culinary excellence and community spirit”.
