A retired housing scheme boss is keeping her landlords on their toes after bombarding them with a list of complaints over her rented home. Noreen Dillon, 69, says she has been dogged with problems since moving into her flat nearly three years ago — including a faulty shower which floods her bathroom and a plug hole which, she claims, gets clogged with somebody else’s hair.
