Charities are being sought by the trustees of a Sawbridgeworth hall to run self-help groups when a major refurbishment is completed. Sawbridgeworth Memorial Hall is undergoing an upgrade to turn it into a “community hub” and is keen to make links with charities and SEND (special educational needs and disabilities) groups.
