Norfolk County Council is introducing a new policy which will mean residents will soon have to book a time to go to the tip. As of November, the authority will introduce the booking system for all recycling centres across the county in a bid to reduce congestion and waiting times and save money. The council also say it will reduce the risk of traders disposing of their waste without paying.
