Thatcham’s latest plastic-free champion is Vanillo Bakery. The bakery has been removing single-use plastics from it business. As a result, it has been awarded bronze plastic-free champion status from Eco-Friends West Berkshire. The scheme, called Plastic Free Communities, is run by marine conservation charity Surfers Against Sewage. It involves rallying up schools, businesses, councillors and community allies to make environmental changes.
