An image has been released by officers investigating a hate crime. The victim is said to have been racially abused in Knights Templar Way, Strood. The suspect then got in a car and drove away. As they left the area, the victim’s leg made contact with the suspect’s car although no injuries were suffered. A drink was then thrown over the victim’s car The incident happened at around 7.55pm on December 15.
