Police have seized a quantity of cannabis plants and charged a man following a raid on a property. Neighbours in Rochester Crescent, Hoo, said the door of the house officers had visited had been left wide open and a mound of rubbish still remained on the front drive yesterday (July 3). Police had carried out a search on May 31 with around four or five vehicles spotted arriving around 8pm.
