A worker at a daycare center in Bergen County was arrested Monday after police said she placed a 1-year-old baby in a tub of hot water, causing multiple injuries to the child. Ann V. Zheng, 24, of Dearest Angel Child Care in Palisades Park, is charged with second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.
