BARTOW, Fla. \- A dramatic carjacking incident in Bartow ended with the arrest of Michael D. Jackson after a high-speed chase involving multiple law enforcement agencies. The incident began around 3:15 pm today when Bartow Police received a report of a carjacking involving a black pickup truck near Conant Street and Highway 17 S.
