A man who torched his former wife’s hair salon has been jailed. Martin Pearson, 55, set fire to the building in Stetchworth Road, Woodditton, Cambridgeshire, at about 7.20pm on Thursday, 15 May. He had also carried out criminal damage multiple times in April, which included damaging the salon. Pearson’s relationship with his wife ended in February. In total, Pearson caused more than £35,000-worth of damage to the salon.
