By Anders Anglesey Major storms in Brazil triggered a hydroelectric dam to collapse leading to widespread flooding that has resulted in dozens being killed, and others being stranded on rooftops. Harrowing images showed residents trapped on the roofs of their houses as muddy water swept through the state of Rio Grande do Sul, about 923 miles southwest of Rio de Janeiro.
