A Florida man has been sentenced to prison for his involvement in the January 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol, where he assaulted law enforcement officers during the breach. Bryan Roger Bishop, 52, of Marathon, Florida, was sentenced to 45 months in prison, followed by 36 months of supervised release. He was also ordered to pay $2,000 in restitution.
