Shillong (Meghalaya) [India], October 3 (ANI): Justice Indra Prasanna Mukerji was sworn in as the Chief Justice of the Meghalaya High Court on Thursday. Governor CH Vijayashankar administered the oath of office at a ceremony held at Raj Bhavan’s Durbar Hall in Shillong. Justice Mukerji, who was earlier appointed as a judge in the Calcutta High Court, assumed the role following the retirement of Chief Justice S Vaidyanathan.
