More than a quarter of a million people are without water in the north of Ukraine’s eastern Donetsk region as a result of Russian military action, Governor Vadym Filashkin reported on Telegram on Thursday. Filashkin said the cities of Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Druzhkivka, Kostyantynivka and their surrounding settlements, all to the north of Russian-occupied Donetsk city, had been affected.
