Two motorcyclist were killed in a crash Interstate 78 on Sunday evening in Union County, authorities said. The motorcycles were riding east through Berkeley Heights at around 6:30 p.m. when one motorcycle struck a car and then was rear-ended by the other bike, State Police said. The first motorcycle then hit an SUV, veered off the highway and struck a sign. Both motorcycles then overturned, throwing the riders off.
