A Kent high street has been shut off after a van ploughed through the front window of a shop. Police have been called to the scene in Whitstable following the crash shortly before 10pm. Officers discovered the van embedded in the front of clothes and homeware store Whites in Kent, which has suffered extensive damage. A Ford car on the opposite site of the road appears to have also been struck during the incident, and has damage to its front passenger side.
