POLK COUNTY, Fla. – John Sturgeon, 53, of Winter Haven, is apparently not a fan of friendly gestures or car compliments. Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) is on the hunt for this road rage enthusiast after he allegedly assaulted a driver who dared to wave and admire his vehicle.
