Fox Business aired an attack on judges who could be selected to hear an appeal of Donald Trump’s 34 felony convictions in New York. In a Tuesday segment, Fox News correspondent Eric Shawn told Fox Business host Stuart Varney that Trump’s quest to overturn his convictions would be an “uphill struggle” because the New York appeals court was “dominated by Democrats.” Although Shawn did not provide any proof that appellate judges donated to Democrats in their current positions, he did find evidence of donations earlier in their careers.
