POLK COUNTY, Fla. \- A Winter Haven man with a long criminal history is facing felony charges after being caught with a stolen bicycle. Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested 38-year-old Roland Wayne Sharon on Tuesday evening. Deputies were alerted to a stolen bicycle in the Inwood area and quickly located it in Sharon’s possession near Avenue G NW and 26th Street. Sharon was already known to deputies, having been arrested 19 times previously in Polk County for offenses including burglary, weapons violations, illegal drug possession, and theft.
