Panaji (Goa) [India], September 4 (ANI): The Goa government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) International to establish its skill centre in the state, according to an official statement. Under this partnership, a minimum of 5,000 Goan youth would receive training annually, which would be specifically geared towards overseas employment, it said.
