Lecturers at the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, MAPOLY, in Abeokuta, Ogun State, have suspended their three weeks old industrial action. DAILY POST gathered that the lecturers had on the 10th of May, 2024, embarked on the strike, following the failure of the management of the Polytechnic to domesticate the approved 35% and 25% salary increment for the staff of MAPOLY and ensure payment of a minimum of four (4) Semesters out of the six (6) outstanding Semesters Part-Time allowances.
