A property in Swaffham has been partially closed down by Breckland’s Operational Partnership Team, following ongoing issues with anti-social behaviour. Norfolk Police says the house on Lancaster Road has been the subject of regular complaints about nuisance behaviour, late-night parties, drug and alcohol abuse, fighting, and abusive language.
