HERNANDO COUNTY, Fla. \- In response to the approaching Tropical Depression Four, Hernando County Emergency Management has issued voluntary evacuations for Evacuation Zone A, including coastal and low-lying areas, as well as manufactured homes countywide, starting at 7 p.m. tonight.
