Saoirse Casey-Bond stole the show for Bishop’s Stortford Taekwon-do with a three-medal haul at the English Championships. The 11-year-old claimed a medal of every colour at the event, organised by the Tae Kwon-Do Association of Great Britain, in Worcester. Competing in the girls’ yellow belt middleweight category, she took gold in team sparring, silver in team patterns and bronze in sparring.
