A Palestinian teenager was killed in a confrontation with Israel’s army in the West Bank on Monday, the Palestinian Health Ministry in Ramallah reported. The 16-year-old was shot in the chest and neck, the ministry said. Israel’s army said it had carried out a “six-hour anti-terrorist operation” in the Amari refugee camp near Ramallah.
