Ring camera video footage appears to capture a woman stealing a package from her neighbor’s porch. The woman is believed to be Marsha Kearney, the mother of Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice, according to TMZ. In the video of the incident Sept. 29, the woman is walking down the hallway while wearing a custom “Momma-Rice” jersey. She walked by her neighbor’s doorway and seemed to look into the camera as she passed by.
