Owen Shroyer, a host for Alex Jones’ Infowars, is among the Donald Trump supporters who has faced federal charges in connection with the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol Building. And he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge. Shroyer has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn that plea on First Amendment grounds.
