Nibble, an educational app by Ukrainian developers, has been featured on the home screen of the US App Store as the App of the Day.
Nibble became the first application in the “Recommended” category to be seen by users of the US App Store.
Why is it important?
Each country has its own App Store with its own ratings of apps and games. The “App of the Day” is one app among all those presented in the App Store of a particular country. Apple chooses it for the featured app based on various factors such as user experience, design, innovation, accessibility, and others.
Earlier this year, Nibble was featured on the home screen of the Apple App Store and became the App of the Day in 49 countries, including the UK, Canada, and Spain. However, this is the first time the App Store has received this honor in the United States.
Nibble is a useful app
Nibble is an EdTech app by Headway. With the help of short interactive lessons, it helps users to develop and expand their knowledge in various fields: math, art, history, statistics, personal finance, etc. The main audience of Nibble is users from the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
The app already offers 9 STEM and humanities topics with more than 200 lessons. The most popular lessons are: “Survivorship bias, We still think like Greek philosophers, and Basic unit of life. More than 90 thousand Nibble users have already completed these lessons.
Growing popularity

More than 2 million users have already downloaded Nibble. Last year, it entered the top 15 Free Education Apps in the App Store in the US, Australia, and Canada.
Currently, Nibble is actively working on improving the learning experience in the app, launching new topics, and expanding the team working on the product. They are looking for a Motion Designer, Product Manager, and iOS Engineer.
